GWP Fitness Program FAQs

Getting Started
Do I need to be in shape before starting?
No. Most of our clients start at all different fitness levels. Every program is individualized, so you’ll train at the right level for your body from day one.
What is the first step?
Your first visit is a guided coaching session where we get to know you, your goals, and your current fitness level. You’ll experience how we train and see how your program is built around you.

Program & Coaching
What makes GWP different from other gyms?
At GWP, coaching comes first. Every session is guided by a professional, your program is personalized, and your progress is tracked. You’re never left guessing what to do.
Is this personal training or group fitness?
It’s the best of both. You get the individualized attention of personal training within a small group setting — giving you coaching, accountability, and energy all in one.
Will my program be customized?
Yes. Every client follows a program tailored to their goals, fitness level, and needs. Even within a group session, your training is specific to you.
How do you track progress?
We track your sets, reps, and weights using advanced software so you can see measurable progress over time — not just guess how you’re doing.
Scheduling & Structure
How often should I train?
Most clients train 3–4 days per week. We’ll help you choose the right schedule based on your goals, recovery, and lifestyle.
What if I have a busy schedule?
Our flexible training options make it easy to stay consistent. We’ll help you build a schedule you can stick to long-term.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are structured and efficient, typically lasting around 60 minutes.
Results & Expectations
What kind of results can I expect?
Clients typically see improvements in strength, energy, body composition, and overall health. The biggest difference is consistency — our system helps you stay on track.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients start feeling better within the first few weeks and see measurable physical changes within 6–12 weeks, depending on consistency.
Do you help with fat loss and muscle building?
Yes. Our program is designed to support fat loss, muscle building, and long-term health — all through structured, progressive training.
Safety & Experience
What if I have an injury or limitations?
We specialize in working around injuries and limitations. Every exercise can be modified, and your program will be built with your body in mind.
Will I feel intimidated?
Not here. Our environment is supportive, welcoming, and focused on progress — not ego. You’ll feel comfortable from your first session.
How many people are in each session?
We keep groups small so coaches can give each client the attention they need.
Membership & Commitment
Do I have to commit long-term?
We’ll go over options during your trial, but our focus is on building consistency — not locking you into something that doesn’t fit your life.
Is this worth it compared to a regular gym?
If you want real results, accountability, and expert guidance, yes. Most people don’t struggle from lack of effort — they struggle from lack of structure and coaching. That’s exactly what we provide.
