How many days each week should you train?

With our program, you have the option to train up to 5 days a week. This doesn’t mean you should however. There are many options for training frequency depending on your goals, recovery ability and availability. Your frequency can wave up and down throughout the year depending on your goals, availability and lifestyle demands. We will help you choose the best frequency for your goals so that you feel your absolute best year round.

Here are some example training frequencies you can choose from in our program:

2 lifting + 1 conditioning
3 days/week
3 lifting days
4 days/week
2 lifting + 2 conditioning

  • Experience travel while having your workout at your fingertips. We will tell you exactly what to do and the weight to use, so you can maintain progress while on the road.
  • Love data? Our software syncs up to more common wearables, including apple watches, to give you one place to track sleep activity and other bio data, giving us a comprehensive view into your health and performance.
